Model number: HEPD-25, top pressure drum modified to print thicker relief blocks.
Bed plate: made from 5/8″ steel, precision ground top and bottom.
Press head: press head is fabricated of heavy steel. Welded in place and mounted with 8″ x 5/8″ bolts.
Side Plates: side plates are flame cut from 5/8″ thick steel plate.
Rollers: rollers are machined from 5″, 6″, 7″, 8″, tubular seamless pipe and supported on a 2″ stress proof shaft.
Bearings: 2″ bearings. All moving parts have roller bearing movement.
Press base: constructed of 2″ x 2 1/8″ square tuve able to hold well over 3,000 lbs.
